Customers of utpacks.com can request refunds under the following conditions:
1. Products not received: The products were not delivered to the customers within the scheduled delivery time.
2. Repeat payment: The customers made multiple payments to one order. For this situation, we will refund the orders which the customers request (The premise is that the orders are not delivered).
3. Sometimes we need customers' assistance to verify payment information. If the customers refuse or failed to do so, they can request refunds.
In the following situations, we can not refund the customers:
1. Completed delivery: the products have been delivered to the customers as agreed and consistent with the description.
2. Unpaid Order: The customer is not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid order.
3. For any reason other than the reasons listed above.
About the refund, please contact our 24/7 online Live Chat under reasonable conditions. Your refund request will be verified after you submit the order number and the reason for the refund. If the request is approved, the refund will be returned to the customers’ payment account or bank card.
*Special case: If you pay by “Paysafecard, Cryptocurrency”, you should provide a usable Paypal account or Skrill account to get a refund.
